I began with an interest in movement and motor intelligence.
Since 1945, the SportsART system has evolved. Today with the legacy I want to help you relearn the principles of health in four ways:

Proper breathing
Connecting with all 6 senses
Adequate rest
Motor intelligence

My philosophy

Everything started in 1963, when my dad discovered that sports and movement are a medicine. He taught me that fitness is a medicine and cure and, if not properly used, can cause catastrophic damage which must be properly prescribed, personalized, adapted and every day recreated.
